List of Projects
La Société is an academic club and youth organization that has the principle to defend and continually assert the right and importance of student dialogue among social matters by utilizing rhetoric and free speech. It acts as a rudimentary path to a higher education concerning Philosophy, through its projects and events, of which, are present below:
Movie Screening
La Société encouraged new philosophers of the age to analyze clips of certain movies and utilize their critical-thinking abilities to understand the thoughts and actions behind these scenes in a prejudice-free platform.
2nd DLSU SHS Philosophy Research Conference 2022
In early 2022, we have also organized a research conference for the field of philosophy.
Publication Materials
La Société promotes philosophical thinking and new knowledge through publication materials accessible to all.
Events Partnerships
We had also assisted in organizing the 7th Annual De La Salle University Undergraduate Philosophy Conference. The club has also done multiple event partnerships with other organizations, the latest one being "Project Smile" of Hapag Kapwa.
